Please keep in mind that replacement of items due to change of mind is not allowed we strongly advise you to check your pet sizing which is given in the products description to ensure the order is correct. Returns are allowed only for manufacturer’s defects and wrong items.
If the item is defective or the item was delivered wrong, kindly send us an email at email@example.com or in our Facebook messenger with pictures/videos of the item received and we will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.
Please be informed also that if you purchased products that are marked on sale you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred once products are being returned.
Criteria for returning item:
1.The return must be reported immediately after the item was being delivered and you must return us within 10 days.
2.Customer proof of purchase.
3.The item must be in a re-sellable condition except in the case of damaged items or the manufacturer’s defects.
4.The item must be in its original packaging
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances :
1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather,war,health and safety measures.
3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Petzmaster control, such as public holidays, courier side delays, and Customs issues.
5. Unable to receive order due to the absence of the receiver including communication.
